I am Thankful for
many things -
my propensity for disaster
is not one of those
many things.

Early in life I learned
that whenever I ask
How hard can it be?
I should probably have
a backup plan
or at least
an exit strategy.

Knowing and doing
are very different things
because today
again
I should have known better
then to walk
blindfolded
into a lion's den.
